Pulpo means octopus, a delicacy in Spain, Portugal and other Mediterranean countries. In this case it refers to crazy octopus, which are made from grapes harvested in the north-west of Spain.
It's a fun but food-worthy salmony-pink offering tangerine and red berries, peach stone and cedar with a dollop of honey on the nose. The palate is light and fresh with a kiss of sweetness and red berry flavours. Seafood or spicier dishes will partner well.
